A small advisory, on purpose.
Klein Estates was founded in 2014 on a simple premise: commercial real estate decisions deserve an advisor who is paid to think clearly, not to push a particular building or a particular landlord. We work with a deliberately small number of clients each year so every engagement gets senior attention from start to finish.

Jasmin Martinez
Jasmin Martinez has spent more than a decade working with Central Florida occupiers, owners, and investors on commercial real estate strategy. Before founding Klein Estates she led the office services group of a regional brokerage and, earlier, served as in-house real estate counsel for a Southeast healthcare network.
She holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida, an MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School, and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida (Florida Real Estate License #BK3287614). She serves on the board of the Central Florida chapter of CCIM and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Florida.
Outside of work, she is a long-distance runner, an indifferent gardener, and a board member of two Orlando-area nonprofits focused on housing access and small business mentorship.
Three operating principles.
Senior attention
The person you meet in the first call is the person who runs your engagement and signs your final deliverable. No handoffs.
Written analysis
Every recommendation comes with a written rationale. You should be able to explain your decision to your board without us in the room.
Long horizon
We would rather decline an engagement than execute one we cannot do well. Our practice grows by referral, not by volume.
